About Five Elements Acupuncture

Zoe Norris is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a practising member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).

Zoe uses acupuncture, cupping and Chinese herbs to manage many common symptoms, including insomnia, muscle pain, joint pain, menstrual problems, anxiety, depression…and much more including facial rejuvenation. This is partly achieved by relaxing the nervous system and muscles, and encouraging circulation throughout the body. Immediate pain relief can often occur by using only a few accurately placed needles that unblock and balance the energy flow of the body.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) focuses on balancing the whole body by releasing blockages and subtle imbalances of energy which cause pain and dysfunction.

Zoe ensures gentle yet effective treatments in a friendly and relaxing environment. She is a caring and understanding professional who always has time to listen.
